What are the chairs made of?
bullet

All of Victor's chairs are made of mahogany wood and soft polypropylene rope. Pillows and barstool seats are available in sturdy cordura fabric. Both the roping and cordura are available in a wide variety of colors so you may coordinate your new deck furniture with surrounding decor. Available colors are listed on the catalog pages and, again, on the order form.

bulletHow do I care for the furniture?
bulletAs with any outdoor furniture, your new chair should be given some shade as the strong rays of the sun can eventually break down the fibers of the rope. Oiling the frame once or twice a year (or when weathering starts to show) teak oil will restore it to its original finish. How strong are the chairs? All the chairs are strong enough to hold the weight of 2 to 3 people!
bulletCan I leave this furniture outside permanently?
bullet Yes, all of Vic's oak and rope furniture is designed to be left outdoors permanently, if you desire. As with any furniture, give the chairs some shade and oil with teak oil.
bulletWhat if I need a new cushion or new roping?
bullet Cushions may be purchased separately and re-roping is available at one-half of the original price of the chair.
bulletHow much is shipping?
bulletShipping Costs are approximate within the US. Rockers & Hammocks $20 - $40. Super Rockers & 4' Doubles $95. 5' Doubles & Double Rockers $125. Contact us for rates to ship outside the continental US or abroad.
bulletAre the chairs guaranteed?
bulletYes, Victor personally guarantees all his chairs to be free from defects for two years from date of purchase, and will do repairs for the life of the chairs.
